This section will guide you on the various elements of your Total Gym that will help you accommodate for your patients strength, mobility and / or awareness deficits. Strength refers to the amount of force, mobility takes into account muscular and fascial restrictions, and awareness refers to not only proprioception / kinesthetic awareness, but also control and balance. As you move into the discussion about Program Design Dr. Leeds will refer to these elements and how to progress or regress patients by adjusting your Total Gym appropriately to accommodate your patient.
